Avocado Banana Smoothie

Avocado Smoothie to go!
I learnt this recipe from my elder son when he was in Pre-K, about 5 years ago. His teachers in the daycare made this smoothie as part of summer activity and he was very impressed with the preparation method and taste. Avocado is an acquired taste for me, which has a buttery taste, but once you get used to the taste you'll love it; well, why not with all its health benefits. For weight watchers, this smoothie is a healthy breakfast substitute prepared in minutes. With fresh Avocado available this season, try this smoothie......
