Sweet Wheat Dosa and Paniyaram ready to eat |

Ingredients
Whole Wheat flour - 1 cup
Banana - 1 (ripe)
Cardamom - 2
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Grated Coconut - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Roasted nuts - 1 fistful
Salt - 1 pinch
Oil
Preparation
- If you don't have roasted nuts, dry roast the nuts for 5 minutes and grind it coarsely.
- Heat 1/2 cup of water and dissolve the jaggery in it.
- In a vessel, add the wheat flour, ripened banana cut into smaller pieces, powdered cardamom, grated coconut, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, pinch of salt, coarsely grinded nuts, filtered jaggery water and form a thick batter mix.

Cook dosa and paniyaram |
- Bring pan to low heat and make dosa with 1 ladle spoon of batter.
- Add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of oil around the dosa.
- Cook until it is golden brown on both sides. Take care not to burn the dosa.
- Serve hot for kids. Try one for yourself and enjoy the taste.
- Bring the paniyaram vessel to low heat.
- Add about 1/4 spoon of oil in each dip and add 1 spoon batter in each dip.
- Flip the paniyarams after a minute.
- Remove after a minute and serve hot for kids.
