Sesame Laddoo (Ellurandai)

Nutritious sesame laddoos to taste!
Sesame laddoos take me back to my childhood days when we used to get farm fresh sesame seeds and jaggery from my grandparents, grind it in a stone grinder and make these laddoos. I still remember the authentic taste of it. The sesame laddoo recipe is a very simple, instant recipe with just 2 ingredients. It will be a good snack in the winter season as it improves respiratory health, thus easing effects of cold, asthma and wheezing. My kids are getting acquainted to the sesame taste but my husband and me enjoy this snack thoroughly. Sesame seeds are especially good for adolescent girls and women when consumed before and after menstruation cycles. Lets take a look at this nutritious and natural healing recipe.....

So the sesame laddoos would be a good snack for both kids and elderly people. Sesame seeds are extremely helpful for women and adolescent girls by providing relief from menstrual symptoms by lowering the estrogen hormone level in a natural way. Jaggery being rich in minerals and vitamins, helps in cleansing the respiratory system and intestines. Jaggery is also rich in iron which helps in easy transportation of oxygen in the body.
